  • Unused Credits: For non-subscription-based purchases, if you have remaining unused credits that you do not wish to use, a refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be processed after reviewing the account and confirming the balance is unused.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Customer Error: Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from user error, such as incorrect configuration, misuse, or misunderstandings of how to use our services.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you decide not to continue using the service after purchase.
  • Partial Service Use: Refunds will not be provided if you have used a portion of the service or campaign and then request a refund for the entire service.

3. Subscription and Cancellation

  • Monthly and Annual Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscription payments once the billing cycle has begun. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed for the following period.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings.

4. Requesting a Refund

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence to your financial institution.

7. Expiry of Unused Credits

  • Credit Expiry: All unused balances (credits) on our platform will automatically expire and reset to zero if they remain unused for 1 month from the date of the last billing operation. It is the user’s responsibility to use any available credits within this period.
  • No Refund for Expired Credits: Refunds will not be issued for credits that have expired due to inactivity.

8. Final Decision

The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of ApexTraffic. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
